Input data in this analysis were ONLY the nucleotide sequence of SARS-CoV-2 and the atomic numbers from Mendeleev’s Periodic Table.

In this article:

  1. For the first time, the ACE2 protein has been proposed as a receptor for the SARS-CoV-2 virus,
  2. Actin-mediated cell-to-cell transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus has been suggested.
